Dimitrios is a Senior Principal in the London office of Onex, a leading Private Equity Firm with combined Assets Under Management of over $32 billion. Prior to joining Onex he worked as an Investment Executive at BC Partners, where he worked on the acquisitions of Cigierre, DentalPro, Gruppo Coin/OVS, Migros and the IPO of Sabre. Previously, he was an investment banking associate at Credit Suisse and an analyst at Lehman Brothers in London and Milan.
He is a Guest Lecturer at the Bocconi University and is author of various publications about corporate finance, including the book “Corporate Finance for Sustainable Growth” (M. Dallocchio, D. Tzivelis and M.A. Vinzia – Egea 2011).
Dimitrios holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, received a Master of Science in Corporate Finance summa cum laude from Bocconi University and a Bachelors in Business Administration with academic honors from LUISS University.

Stefania is an Investment Manager at Idea Capital Funds, an Italian private equity fund, where she focuses on direct investment in the food & beverage and agribusiness sectors in Italy.
From 2008 to 2014 she worked as a consultant at Bain & Company in Milan. During this period she also attended a Master in Business Administration presso la Harvard Business School in Boston, class of 2013.
Previously, Stefania worked at Goldman Sachs and Zodiak Media Group in London.
Stefania is a board member of DeaCapital, a Private Equity and Alternative Asset Management company listed on the Milan stock exchange.
Stefania graduated cum laude with a Management Engineering Degree from Politecnico di Milano.

Stefania holds a Master of Science in Publishing and Journalism cum laude from the LUMSA University in Rome.

Valeria graduated at Bocconi University and specialized at the University of Milan, during her studies she gained educational experience with internships and developed her passion for communication and events.
At the end of her academic and post-university studies, from 2012, she has gained significant work experiences in organization and event management and in the field of start-ups, particularly in project management and in crowdfunding.

She worked as a graphic designer for an architecture studio and at the same time as a freelance graphic designer. She obtained a Masters in Interior Design at UAL in London in 2014. In 2013 she obtained a degree in Architectural Science at the Polytechnic of Milan.

Michele works at Salesforce in London for the Marketing Cloud, the Digital Marketing Division, as Director Sales Strategy and Operations EMEA. Previously, he worked as an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company until 2014, a company which he joined in 2006 as a Business Analyst. He also worked at American Express in New York City and in Ansaldo STS in London.

Michele attended the Digital Marketing Strategy seminar at Columbia Business School in New York City in 2015. He has an MBA from Stern School of Business in New York City in 2010. He also has a Master's Degree in Nuclear and Particle Physics from the University of Bologna in 2005, with research experience at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron, in Hamburg, and the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, in Chicago.

In 2018, he was nominated Junior Fellow at the historical think tank, The Aspen Institute. In 2019, Leonardo graduated from London Business School with a Masters in Management and, in 2018, from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice with a Degree Cum Laude and Valedictorian in Economics and Management.
